We analyze tissues from the Klinikum rechts der Isar in Munich according to the regulations of the Klinikum for use of human tissues (Ethikkommission).

We extract DNA, RNA, and proteins from the tissues and use a variety of techniques for molecular characterization.

Several cell cultures are available that we are using for our studies. Theses were either in.house generated or provided by our collaborators.

Clinical Trials

We are on the way to launch a clinical trial on the basis of our E-cadherin mutation-specific monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of gastric cancer for patients harboring an E-cadherin gene mutation.
